Local Delivery
As a Jamaican business ourselves, we strive to give our local customers that special treatment. As such, we have an affordable range of options to suit your need and pace!
For Local Delivery, our current options are:
Pickup - Customers pick up from our mailing address verifying their identity with government issued id.
Knutsford Express Courier Service - Delivery to any of Knutsford Express’ hubs across the island. Customers will then need to pick them up from the respective hub.
Courier Service - Direct delivery to the person and address specified at the time of checkout any where that the respective courier service delivers across the island.
International Shipping
International Shipping is our newest method and like other aspects of our business we are giving it our best effort! We have an affordable, albeit patient option available and a quicker alternative available on demand for emergencies for when you need it!
For International Shipping, our current options are:
Jamaica Post - Affordable shipping to the US, Canada, UK and most countries in the world. This method is very affordable but quite a bit slower.

Exchange, Returns, Refunds.
We are happy to make equal value exchanges or accept returns within 14 days of purchase so long as they are unworn and undamaged.
We are happy to provide a refund or apply in store credit for the value of the item but unfortunately will not be able to reimburse shipping/ delivery costs at this time.
Lost or Stolen
In the event that an order is lost or stolen before or upon delivery with the fault originating with us, we are happy to refund, replace or provide in store credit equal to the value of the item and shipping after a thorough investigation into our method (3 business days) has been completed.
